How we look after your details.

Softellow sells bedding to hotels, retailers and institutions in India. This page explains, plainly, what we collect when you contact us and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request a proposal on this website, or through one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, we collect what you type in: your name, business name, type of business, city, number of rooms or beds, phone number, email address, the products you're interested in and any message you add.

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the details you share in that conversation.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal and quotation.
To arrange samples, orders, delivery and invoicing if you buy from us.
To contact you about your enquiry or order by phone, email or WhatsApp.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else handles it

A few services help us run this website and receive your enquiry. They handle your details only to provide that service:

FormSubmit delivers the proposal form to our email inbox.
Google provides our email (Gmail) and the fonts on this website.
Vercel hosts this website and keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep it running and secure.
Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) passes on the details you submit if you contact us through its forms or apps.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business that follows, and to meet tax and accounting rules for orders. When we no longer need them, we delete them.

Your choices

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, or to raise a concern, email us. We'll reply as soon as we can.
